The problem really starts with the lineup, which really only has two players who should be shooting threes, KCP and Green. You obviously do not want JaVale to shoot them and LeBron and AD should be attacking the rim, which leaves you with just your two guards.
Change the lineup with Kuzma replacing McGee and suddenly you have three designated 3-point shooters surrounding LeBron and AD. Replace Green and KCP with Waiters, Caruso, or Cook and you have more 3-point gravity and thus better spacing for LeBron and AD.

I agree. What really irks me about our starting lineup is when everything gets stagnant and the team tries to figure out where the next points are going to come from just like Jaime also stated the other day. This is one of the reasons for our slow starts and ceding quarters on a regular basis.
