Aloha,
It looks like LeBron is out 2 to 3 weeks. Yikes! The good news is are remaining schedule is not tough. We have been conditioned this season to believe that if both LeBron and and AD were not both playing, we were doomed. But Looking at our schedule, there 12 to 14 games there that we are more then capable of winning without LeBron because we are a better team now. We need guys to step up.
AD needs to play like the MVP talent that he has flashed this year consistently, not once in a while.
We need DLO back soon and the rest of the team needs to stay healthy.
Bench players have to step up, I’m looking at you Rui. Fortunately our bench has played a lot of minutes. May have started so I think they can step up. There is no choice.
If we can hang in for a couple of weeks we can finish the season and go into the playoffs with a rested LeBron. That will be helpful. But we need to get there first.

Definitely great news. Lakers are fortunate that the trade happened before the injury or the Lakers might not have made the trade. We’re clearly in a much stronger position to survive another James injury. Time off could pay off big in the end.

He’s going to be reassessed in two weeks. We’ll see after that. Glad to hear that there is no structural damage. If we’re not in the playoffs by the time he’s able to even try to play I think the smart thing is to shut him down. Can’t risk having him, or AD, out for the first part of next season and rehabbing.
