We had a chance to get him before the Spurs but didn’t.
Further concerns regarding our talent evaluation.
We are at 13 player and need to keep 2 open for a Kyrie trade. We have only 2 small forwards and Gabriel is a combo forward. Robey would have been a nice developmental piece at PF but with the Kyrie trade looming there wasn’t room for him right now.
Welp maybe the Bryant signing means the Kyrie trade is DOA.
I think that they passed on Roby because they had TB on the line. Also means that the Kyrie trade will basically have to be 2 for 1 if it even goes down.
