Bill Walton passed away today at the age of 71 after a prolonged battle with cancer, his family says.

Just dug out an old autographed basketball from Bill.
Memories of watching those 11:00 pm reruns of UCLA games with Dick Enberg singing Raindrops as the Bruins demolished everybody.
Never a smarter or better big man imo.
Only regret was him playing for Boston.

What separated Bill from other bigs was his passing ability. He was the NBA’s first point center. RIP Bill.
