One tool no one is talking about is the 2.7 mil trade exception that the Lakers have after the Gasol trade. Might be able to find a piece like Damien Jones of the Kings. We could send them a 2nd rounder for him. Would have to cut DJ but half the Kings roster are centers.
We could also help facilitate a trade if another team needed to clear a roster spot.
Ooh, what a find! That 2.7 mils has been kept under the rug for far too long most folks are not aware of it. About time to dust it off and put it into good use. Thanks for bringing that up, Michael.
