Watched that game this morning waiting for the NFL to start. None of the trades we’re talking about will put us in the same category as those dudes. We don’t have the horses and we don’t have the horses to go get the horses we would need. I’m feeling like we’re throwing good money after bad by trying to save this season. Truthfully, it was probably over as soon as we decided to go with this roster.

I think, and increasingly hope, we just ride this out and hope we can better retool this summer. DLo will likely pick up his PO ( just don’t see another team offering more $$…maybe if someone added multiple years but again, why?). Can add more picks after July, DLo’s 2024 expiring, and every player er signed last summer w/1 less year.
I think you are right Jamie. Murray would be the only player that makes sense. It would not make us a true contender but would help set us up for the future.
