   The Nuggets, playing without their starters and Peyton Watson, lose 113-106 at home to the Spurs to drop to 47-30 and the No. 4 seed. The Lakers (46-29) jump up to No. 3. If the Lakers win out — or drop another game but still win the Pacific division — they’ll be ahead of Denver.
