The gossip out there is that the Lakers want to buy into the 2nd round. The TWolves are the obvious target with 3 2nd round picks this year. However OKC’s number 34 should be looked at as well. Normally teams do not sell 2nd rounders that are that high. But OKC has 3 1st rounders this year and a lot of players under contract. Perhaps they would agree to cash and a future 2nd rounder. It would also be a good time to see if we could get Kendrich Williams for a 2nd rounder. We have a trade exception to absorb him into. With all the incoming draft picks they are going to have to move some players without taking a player back.
Great suggestions, Michael. Would rather have a couple promising rookies than over the hill vets.
