Players should remain firm. Ball is in hands of Wisconsin legislature. No playoffs until they or Kenosha police act. The NBA and their sponsors should all support the boycott.
I truly believe this is another step in a newfound power to force light on injustice. No more hiding with inaction or delays. Me too was one step. Cancel culture was another.
Demands for justice for Breonna Taylor should be next. The players can use the power of their platform to put spotlights on what previously was allowed to be swept under the rug.
What we’re seeing is a resurgence of Power to the People.
