Sorry Tom, I would not spend 2 first round picks for on Johnson. I would not trade for him at all. He is averaging 19 a game as the first option on a bad team. And that 19 is a career high. He has averaged 12.5 for his career. How many points do you think he would score as the 4th option on the Lakers? He is also not a great rebounder and defensively, he is not as good as Rui. If you are going to spend both first round picks it should be for players that are going to really elevate us not on a marginal improvement at best.
By the way I’m all in on Sharpe but he isn’t going to return a first. His market is reported at a 2nd. Possibly two 2nds.
