    Joker gave it his all

Keon Johnson for Lakers per Rafael. Not good fit for Lakers but valuable trade asset to add to the Kuzma and KCP package. Makes #22 pick more valuable if not already traded in deal.

Good luck 🤞 with that approach. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

    Can't yell at young professionals

I saw that article and forgot to post it for you Tom. No doubt that would be great if the Pacers took the deal. Only the problem is it’s going to be hard enough landing a top playmaker or shooter as is. Spending Kuz on Turner would make it tougher still. A lot of what we could do depends on finding sign and trades for Dennis and with all the point guards potentially available you may not find a taker. If AD is truly okay with playing the 5 then in my head it moves him to 3rd on the priority list.

He will be fired in 2023. You can’t talk to young people like that.

Gerald disagreed, he will see and so will everyone else you can’t to a generation of young people by screaming at them. Will not produce the desired results.

If the Nuggets struggle next year, Malone is safe but not in 2023

    • Agree with Sean. This is a different generation of player.
Can’t be yelling at this generation of millionaire players.
Motivation by fear and ridicule don’t work in today’s world.

“Yeah, see the problem is Flynn might be an okay player, with hip issues. Curry is a dead-eye shooter, if you like Rubio…”

“Rubio and Flynn is our directive.”

    Long-Term Projection

As previously mentioned, unathletic players can survive in the NBA and even earn prominent roles.

If Jokic can deliver accurate shooting and make the right plays when the ball is in his hands, he could be a poor-man’s Diaw and a long-range threat like Antic. Jokic would probably be the fourth or fifth scoring option when he’s in the game, but all that matters is whether he plays efficiently.

Unfortunately, his defense will likely prevent him from ever playing 30-plus minutes or starting. However, there’s no shame in being a respectable reserve on a winning team in the future.

    WEAKNESSES/CONCERNS

Jokic’s weaknesses revolve around his bottom-tier athleticism. While he moves his feet pretty well from point A to point B, he lacks the quickness and vertical agility that the rest of the league owns.

These deficiencies will be most glaring on the defensive side, where he’ll struggle to keep up with NBA-caliber speed. Whether he’s guarding power forwards or centers, he’ll have trouble staying in front of them or consistently protecting the rim. He also won’t be as effective on the boards as he is in the Adriatic League.

The slow-footed tendencies will also hurt his chances to create offense. Even on closeout drives, his slashing will get corralled pretty easily by help defenders, and he won’t be able to elevate over upper-echelon defenders.

In addition, he should speed up his shooting delivery in order to maximize his spot-up chances.

    Joker’s draft profile 2014 😂😂😂😂😂

    • MVP says….🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

    • Thing is..that scouting report isn’t necessarily wrong. That’s a snapshot of where his game was at that specific point in time and it’s a reason why he went that far down in the draft. Lotta GM’s have lost jobs drafting on “potential”.

      • Yeah…hindsight and all…Marc was chubby and considered a utility guy at best. Boris Diaw outperformed his peers based on skill…the outlier is Reignman. NOBODY saw 60 pounds on a lanky 6’11 Trampoline with controlled aggression. Damn man…

      • Also draft projections are based off of measurable metrics. A great passer on a team of mediocre shooters doesn’t look like a game-changer. Nor is there a workable way to deduce the impact better shooting has on an above-average to elite passer. Put decent shooting around a guy like Jokic and voila! Honestly the same thing worked for LeBron. He had nobody to pass to in his first stint in Cleveland. Give him some talent to work with and you see how the recipe changes for success. LeBron had otherworld athletics tho, was only a matter of time for him.

    • 🌽 ball comments from beginning to end…Shaq is a terrible analyst vanilla paste plus corny jokes only the 4 of them understand…

    • Even with all its flaws I still can’t name a better show in any sport. But there’s a reason why these young dudes don’t hold Shaq in the same regard as Kobe, MJ, LeBron, or even Iverson. With the size & skill he had he shoulda been The GOAT 🐐 but he didn’t respect the game and it cost him his legacy.

      • No denying that. They should have been able to get a Finals. Damn shame. Love Chuck Love Shaq outside of the haterade. Record Emmy wins for a reason!
