Buddy’s still coming. Rob is not done. Lakers will add Schroder and Caruso to the deal. Schroder to the Wizards instead of Kuzma. Then Kuzma and Caruso for Buddy. Finally, Lakers sign a starting small forward for the $5.9M MLE. I’m sure there’s a sharp shooting small forward who wants to play with LeBron, AD, Wes, and Buddy.

Not so sure. I think the Lakers want #22 as part of Buddy deal. Maybe the Wizards will take 2 second rounders and the Lakers will pick for the Kings? Or maybe for themselves.

The Wizard would, on paper, need a point guard unless they get one in the draft I suppose. The Lakers 100% cannot negotiate a Dennis S&T into a trade with Washington for Westbrook at this time (see Bogdanovic). LAL/WAS cannot execute a trade until Aug 6 but on Aug 2 they can talk
