No, not for next year. Do what it takes to get Dame. Nets gots em 3 Supers! Could you imagine with LBJ, AD and Dame! And if one goes down a while, no big deal!
Thanks for sharing, Sean. I am always amazed at how much general information you are able to provide us here. I am generally in agreement with your assessment of a player’s age at 34 versus father time.
But when it comes to other sports that are less physical such as golf, is there any age limit where the player starts to slow down? For example, Phil Mickelson just won a major at 50. What about tennis? That should give me a good idea when Serena Williams should call it quits. She just lost at the French Open. Seems like she can’t get to that 24th title anytime soon.
You made very good points on Lowery, and John M also made a point by adding Steve Nash as another example. Just curious.
A few old mfers have been defying father time lately, but the majority fall off beginning around 30 and are pretty washed by that 34 year old mark. There’s no denying biology as that’s when natural testosterone production falls off a cliff.
Funny enough, the two “union” leaders that vehemently protested any HGH testing seem to be holding up remarkably well far past the typical drop off age. Coincidence? You tell me . . .
IDK, HGH is touted as the fountain of youth for dudes well beyond that. Gerry Butler basically admitted that his 300 physique was pretty much all hgh fueled as he was pushing 40. Barry Bonds massive dome and 70 home runs were mostly attributed to it as well. I got no evidence besides anecdotal, but if it looks like a duck . . .

So a study came out…said that athletes wheels start slowing down for good at 34…It’s hard to predict decline…35, 36, 37…
Magicman says
It comes fast. Peyton won an MVP at 37 a year later he couldn’t throw a ball 30 yards down the field…It happens really fast…

I’m not doubting Kyle’s skill or will but his body is sending smoke 💨 signals for executives…

See Nash, Steve…

Thanks for the compliment buba. Some of that comes from a life and circumstances. I was sick 😷 w/Type 1 Diabetes so I stayed inside and read a lot…

Credit to my Mom as well. She started reading to me at 3 and I’ve never stopped…

That old philosophical 🧐 saying: Would you rather have all the knowledge in one field or would you want to have some knowledge about many fields?

Thanks, Sean. I like the philosophical adage. That’s a good one. Stay strong and healthy.

Can’t beat Father Time.

HGH can do wonders in your 20s…and when you hit 30 it can be real horror show.
