1. #9 – One Warriors loss (LAC, SAC, or MIN combined with two Lakers wins would keep the Lakers from finishing behind Golden State.
2. #8 – If the Lakers win out and Sacramento loses to NO & PHX, the Lakers would inch ahead of them.
3. #7 – If the Pelicans, who sit in the sixth spot at 47-32, lose to both the Kings on Thursday and the Warriors on Friday, the Lakers will finish ahead of them with a win Sunday.
Hoping for 8th, just want to get in now.
