Lakers need new GM and Coach but that would require new owner

My first choice for a Laker offseason would be to blow it up. Like, fully. New coach. New GM. Go get picks for whoever you can.

That isn't happening. So my second choice is:
– Change coaches.
– Use the picks on viable 3-and-Ds.
– Find a reliable backup big on the cheap somehow.
