We welcome back students to the sacred halls of Lakers Fast Break University after the holiday break as “Professor” Joe Soro and “Dean” Gerald Glassford once again hold class on important points of note in Laker History. Today’s lecture is based on the early days of the franchise in Minneapolis. And with George Mikan finally getting his jersey raised to rafters in Lakers lore, we talk more about the team he played for and who these Lakers really were and how successful they became. Should any more of them be given the same honor? A lot to study up on for today’s program, so don’t be late for class on our latest episode of the Lakers Fast Break podcast!

Lakers Fast Break says
Excellent point DJ as both Slater and Pollard have been elected to the HoF like Mikklesen and Lovellette. Why don’t they have seperate jerseys in the rafters as well?
