JJ Redick said the Lakers only have one planned practice this week with the other days essentially being optional. Given how banged up the team is and coming off two road trips, he wants guys to rest and get healthy before Friday's game.

I agree with the rest strategy. Even though we will not have Lakers for a while, they definitely need to rest and regroup.
