With the Christmas game now in the rear-view mirror, we take a look back to two conversations we had just before the Xmas game with Lakers Fast Break NBA historian Sean grice and Jamie Sweet from lakerholics.com. Both guys take a long hard look into the continuing issues surrounding the team, what frustrations they have considering LeBron is playing at an elite level, and if there are hopes in sight to turn things around. Plus Jamie talks about if Isaiah Thomas (who was not given a second 10-day contract) can once again return to the league on a full-time basis. We go back to the future on this latest episode of the Lakers Fast Break podcast!

Good to hear from Sean. Great discussions. I didn’t get to listen to the whole episode but I do agree that LeBron’s lift is noticeably declining and could become a major concern. He does show tremendous amount of lift occasionally especially when attempting to block shots but his explosiveness is becoming less of what it once was. It’s to be expected. And that makes the need to revamp the supporting cast more urgent.

This is to what I was referring to in terms of a pre-taped call in show.
