LakerTom says
As I said on the podcast, I was running late all day because of Christmas and was replaying the game trying to get ready for the post game podcast with Gerald. When the 4th quarter started with the Lakers down 20, I finally gave up and fast forwarded the game only to discover the Lakers had come back and tied the game with a couple of minutes left. I lost the best stretch of the Lakers’ Christmas game and will rewatch today.
The Lakers desperately needed that comeback in the fourth quarter to not have a disastrous Christmas day game. What we need now is to get Reaves, Ariza, and Bazemore back and hopefully Nunn soon after that. Be great to go into January with the complete roster except for Anthony Davis. Still cannot see what we have until eveybody is healthy. Still convinced that we need to package Westbrook, THT, and Nunn to rebuild roster.
The other thing I announced on the podcast was that I am not 100% in the trade Westbrook camp. I’ve just reached the point where I think the chaos he creates makes it diffucult for this team to play with the consistency and ball security we need to win.
