“If Oladipo hits the trade block, look for other teams like the Lakers and [Brooklyn] Nets to pursue him, even without a long-term commitment,” Eric Pincus of Bleacher Report wrote.

While there’s been some concern Victor does not look like the player he was before the quad injury, he should be prime target for many teams to pursue, including the Heat, Nets, and Lakers, especially if Giannis signs a super max contract with the Bucks this offseason. Before his injury, he was an explosive player.
Victor makes $21 million next season and will become an UFA the following year so Indiana is almost surely going to look to trade him. He will have great leverage to control where he goes due to his looming free agency, which means he could force the Pacers to trade him to the team he wants to go to.
The logical trade for the Lakers would be Kuzma, Green, and their 2020 first round pick. If Victor said he would not re-sign with any other team to which he was traded, the Lakers offer might be the best offer the Pacers could get. Interesting option, especially if the Lakers win the championship.
