Frank Vogel said the Lakers have coverages in place in the likelihood that Miami starts a 3-point shooter at the 5 with Bam out (Olynyk or Leonard). They dealt with many such lineups this season, and always have the option to go w/Davis or Morris at the 5 if needed.
