Again, the NBA voters I would venture to guess at least 75% don’t watch games regularly (definitely not the Mike Wilbon’s and Maria Taylor)…these things are so devalued man…

And speaking of overrated I still don’t understand how Ben Simons became one of the top vote-getters in the Defensive Player of the Year award. Maybe I did not watch much of the Sixers games or it could be that I am missing something. But you are right about the award being overrated.

His game seems tethered to his confidence. I could be wrong 😑 but it seems like if he’s not the PG or in the post, he has no interest in doing anything else. Which is disappointing considering how much talent he has.
