I don’t think they are the wrong players, they just don’t have the confidence to shoot. When a player is confident in his shooting ability, they will seek out the ball from a willing passer as if begging for the ball. But when a player doesn’t have confidence in his shooting ability you could tell by his motion and hesitation as if it was a burden to pass him the ball.
