Today is the last day for teams to waive a player and have that player be playoff eligible if they sign elsewhere. If they do plan to give Goodwin a standard contract (which they should) they most likely would waive someone today to open a spot, though they don’t HAVE to. https://t.co/52qcOCdPeQ
