That was really bad
If Pelinka does not act right now to trade for Turner and Hield, this Lakers team has zero chance of making the playoffs. Pelinka should be fired if he cannot bring home the Pacers trade.
He just got an extension to parallel Ham, to prepare for the long term. I’m not holding my breath.
You cannot build a roster dependent upon a Westbrook trade for size and shooting and then blink instead of pulling the trigger on a trade. They’ve screwed up closing a deal for Turner and Hield twice now. If they’re not careful, they may blow the third and final opportunity.
Ok, but it won’t get him fired.
