It’s great to see Dion play so well in the first two scrimmages. As I’ve said many times, Waiters could be a very important piece for the Lakers not only in helping them win this championship but going forward.
At 28-years old, Dion, along with 25-year old Kuzma, could give the Lakers a pair of talented young players who can help them win now and are perfect fits to play alongside Anthony Davis once LeBron retires.
That’s why their promising play in the last two scrimmages are so important for the Lakers. Keep your fingers crossed and hope high. Dion and Kyle are the Lakers potential wild cards.
