I’m convinced at this point that it’s part of the Warriors game plan to come out early and clock AD upside the head to see if they can get him out of the game. It’s happened 3 games in a row now and they did it in the playoffs last year too. Kinda suspicious

This guy gotta be joking. Defender was going for the block and inadvertently caught AD with his forearm/elbow. Nothing intentional about it. Technically, it coulda been called a flagrant because any contact to the head is eligible but from what I saw the ref was behind players when it happened….not sure if the booth can trigger a replay in that circumstance. But fans can’t have it both ways; you either want the refs involved or you don’t. The fast paced nature of basketball means some calls are gonna be missed. Even if you call that foul against GSW it doesn’t change the fact that AD is missing the rest of the game.
And if I’m playing against AD and it’s well-known that he doesn’t want that smoke and physicality bothers him and takes him outta his game, then yeah…we gonna tussle and if I pick up a foul or two then so be it. I’m noticing ALOT more guys jumping directly into his chest when going to the basket instead of trying to avoid him as the season progresses.
Why we should have traded for or signed a legit starting quality center instead of the revolving door of over-the-hill vets on minimum deals that we’ve tried the last four summers.
And it does seem as if teams are increaslngly getting physical with him hoping to cause an injury or to intimidate him. Frankly, it seems to have worked as he has not even seemed angry about getting punked in the face more and more. Just part of the game to him.
And that’s the concern about Anthony Davis. He may be just too cool for school. Frankly, he needs to get angry about how bigger centers are punking him and do something about it though I doubt he will. Some guys just never get pissed enough to act. That may be AD.

I agree; that is who AD is.
