They make horrible decisions with the ball and can always be counted on to make a costly mistake at the worst possible times. Neither can be counted on to keep momentum going either. In the odd event they manage to hit a timely shot, you can rest assured, a heat-check brick is coming right after.

You’re also dealing with the aging superstar thing. When “that dude” is at his peak, or at least kinda close to it, he can mask a lot of other deficiencies. Everybody looked great when Bron was having the best Year 18 season in history. Post-injury this year, not so much. He doesn’t look all the way back by a substantial margin. Throw in a maybe 75% AD this year, and this result isn’t at all surprising, and only goes on to further expose the team’s flaws. Hopefully this pending long layoff let’s the big 2 get back to 100%, reignites their hunger, and the FO FINALLY makes some moves to get anything more than these bums around them.
