Hinson is someone I’m going to be watching. He was considered perhaps the best shooter in the draft and yesterday he did not disappoint going 5 for 7 from 3. And man, his shot is pure. He is built like Rui, 6’ 8” 230 pounds although he doesn’t have a wing span like Rui’s 7’ 2”. He went undrafted because he is 24, missing a couple of years early on because of health. If he can prove that he can play at least decent team defense the Lakers may have found another gem.
Yes, Hinson is built like Rui, but he also reminds me of Torey Craig, and Tommy Kuhuse reminds me of Steve Blake.
