Some excellent discussion of how Redick really impressed Lakers front office, especially with problem solving and building out a long-term culture for the Lakers. He delivered a lot of great ideas and thoroughness of his answers and vision for the team. Open minded rather than linked to any specific system. Lakers do see him as Pat Riley.
