17th pick?

I saw the list of rookies that the Lakers worked out today. And like before there wasn’t a name that projected to be in the Lakers range. So far most of the guys they have worked out seems to be 2nd round at best guys and undrafted guys that they will look at for two way deals. I only recall two players so far that are considered 1st round picks. It makes you wonder if they are planning on trading that pick or perhaps the name players will be coming in this last week before the draft.
