I was thinking of the 3 topics I will be following closely this season.
1. How Westbrook fits with LeBron.
2. Can our defense remain at least a top 10 defense after losing 3 quality defenders.
3. THT’s over all defensive development. And can he add a reasonable 3 point shot to his already impressive offense in the paint.
What are yours?
Thanks, Michael. I will take those three things you mentioned. They are definitely worth keeping an eye on. But I will also add three of mine since they were areas we struggle with last season.
1. Three point shooting. That was a huge problem for us last season, but one that has been solved this offseason. I am still going to see how that plays out on the court. I am pretty much sure we have addressed that issue.
2. Free throw shooting. Our free throw percentage wasn’t that good last year. With a bunch of good shooters on the roaster I expect that to be better.
3. Turnovers were a huge problem for us last year and it was no fun to see the team being so careless with the ball. With full training camp and preseason, I expect our turnovers to go down as the season progresses.
