Simmons going to Portland makes little to no sense other than on paper…Ben would clog the lane in the half-court. He’s a transition PG and a half-court Point Forward…that requires specific skill sets to accent his impact…not all great teams have that…
Siakim gives the Blazers half-court and transition offense a facelift. Doesn’t need 25 shots a game. Has structure in his dribble drive game. He’s a great #2
I am of the opinion that bringing Dennis back as a sixth man would be a good idea despite all the hostility surrounding him. I had even brought up this question in one of the newer posts above. I agree there are many options at the guard position but we could use some of his upsides.
