Attainable and likely necessary marker. I see 8 wins out of the bunch left. At least 8. Maybe we go on a run to wnd the year. 9 of 10. Something like that.
I am pretty confident the Lakers can achieve that 8 win mark.

That seems very doable and I think you’re right. Someone else in the Association around us will have to go bonkers which I don’t see. Dallas has been up and down all season, Portland is gassed from last season up to now. Memphis, GS, and San Antonio won’t crawl out of the play-in and one of them won’t even make it that far. Denver falling and us swapping 5 & 4 also doesn’t seem out of the realm of possibility, either.
In short, the sky is not falling and there’s no need to panic. We have major pieces integrating on the fly. There’s nothing normal about the last year and change and should not be treated as such.
Lakers could go 10-2 but 8-4 seems like a sure thing.

I’m with LT. i think the Lakers close strong at 10-2 or possibly 11-1. Winning will beget winning.
